Refund and cancellation policy

Our courses adhere to global standards, and we focus on the satisfaction of our students, however, since this course is delivered in classroom and is instructor-led, we incur costs to make the course happen. Therefore, the course once conducted is full and final and no refund will be provided. Hence, please assess the benefits and issues before enrolling.

Students may cancel their course and request a refund from us, once enrolled, provided this is done within 3 business days of enrolling in the course. We will deduct a 10% administration charge.

Our policy for the cancellation and refund is as follows:

Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations please contact us via “Contact us” link. Cancellations can be made for a 90% refund up to 7 days before the course start date.

Requests for cancellation received later than 7 days prior to commencement of the course will not be entertained.

Refund Policy

If a refund is approved, and if paid by credit card, the refund will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase. In case of a payment gateway, any refund will be made to the same account used at the payment gateway.

For students who have availed of “student loans” from our banking partners, your transaction is directly with the bank, so the bank’s rules at the time of securing a loan will apply.
